Surgent CIA Review Pros & Cons
Pros
1. Revamped content
Surgent redesigned its Exam Matrix CIA Exam Review to offer effective, to-the-point study material, skipping unnecessary details. As a result, the revamped course promotes robust learning, enhances retention, and saves hours of study time. It ditches the “study-everything” methodology to provide a list of well-crafted learning material.
2. Automatic upgrades
With Surgent, you can always stay assured of reading the up-to-date study material. Moreover, it provides free automatic updates to the materials as per changes in the exam content. This way, you have access to the latest information without spending hundreds of dollars. Needlessly, this boosts your chances of exam success.

It ensures a flawless learning experience on the go while giving your eyes a much-needed break. You don’t have to be stuck in front of your computer for hours. With the mobile compatibility feature, Surgent takes the idea of a stress-free learning approach to another level.
Cons
1. No review course package options
Surgent presents only one full-course review package: Essentials Pass, which irks students looking for multiple options. It limits their ability to explore, and they end up getting confused or looking for other market options. Therefore, Surgent must offer at least one more review course package to give them more opportunities to explore.
Meanwhile, you can check out its standalone CIA review courses available at an affordable rate.
2. No video or audio lectures
Yes, Surgent puts forward over 2500 MCQs with detailed textbooks, which is amazing for traditional learners. However, the unavailability of video and audio lectures is a major roadblock for visual and auditory learners. Most aspirants prefer a streamlined learning experience with informative audio lectures or engaging video sessions.
Hence, Surgent must include brief-yet-explanatory audio or video lectures. It ensures uninterrupted learning with better results.
